In order to support their founding engineer with their growth, PayDock engaged Zeren to provide an Interim Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) with responsibility of assessing current security posture, gaps and implementing fixes making sure the company is compliant with relevant and targeted security standards such as PCI-DSS, ISO27001 etc.
As with all of our projects we approached the assignment using many different methods. First, our knowledge of the Technology candidate network within the target company landscape was a key starting point. We also mapped out various relevant businesses, focused on comparable or relevant size/stage of organisation based across Europe.
We approach the most interesting and qualified candidates who are both tried and tested and available at short notice and from a thoroughly vetted long list of candidates, we interviewed and selected a final candidate to have an interview with Robert Lincolne.
The selection process then moved quickly to completing a second interview with Co-Founder Simon Lenton in the same week with the whole process from initial brief to offer taking less than one week, with the selected candidate starting their new role as Interim CISO within two weeks having previously worked at Revolut.
