Jennifer Brook-Botfield

Director & Global Head of Renoir

Jen is the Global Head of Renoir and is, based in the our UK HQ office.

With almost 17 years of experience providing specialist, Executive-level talent, Jen assists start-ups, high-growth scale-ups and large, multinational corporates to fill critical gaps, solve immediate challenges and carry out major change and transformation projects. The goal is to bridge the gap in securing Interim Executive Leaders and high-impact Consultants, ensuring value for money with measurable results on time.

Chris Taylor

Director - HR & Finance

Chris is a Director at Zeren; he has built a respectable reputation with 16 years’ experience operating across the UK, EMEA and Americas. Chris leads the interim HR, Finance and Operations business as part of Zeren executive interim and consulting practice.

Chris has a track record of delivery across VC backed and PE owned/managed organisations as well as listed and SME firms. He acts as a trusted advisor and is passionate about partnering with his candidates and clients to provide the best possible service; typically delivering on people, process and transformational change assignments.

Chris is the CEO of Renoir and Zeren, and is responsible for setting the company’s strategy and developing the global team. Chris has 22 years experience of leading high-performing recruitment and search businesses, working with clients in USA, Europe and Asia across the Investor and Technology landscape.

Hetal Panchal

CFO at Renoir, Zeren & Renovata

Hetal is the CFO at Renoir n leading all aspects of Finance and Operations across the business. Hetal brings over 22 years of experience in business and financial management focused on the recruitment sector as well as broader, Private Equity backed companies.

Heidi Tong

Group Head of People

Heidi joined the Renovata & Company platform in 2023 to develop and lead across all HR, People and Talent areas with a focus on Learning and Development for our global team, along with Talent Acquisition to support our future growth.

Julia Barber

Group Director of Platform Engagement

Based between Spain and London, Julia has spent 20 years working in Search and Consulting, having co-founded and led teams at Cornell Partnership for over 8 years. She has since worked in Search, Embedded Talent and Interim, with a focus on Venture and Growth sectors.

Siobhain Tinney

Global Head of Marketing

Siobhain has seven years’ worth of marketing experience within the recruitment space and has built a strong track record of shaping and leading marketing functions for high-growth, technology-focused recruitment businesses. Having joined in 2022, Siobhain supports all marketing activities across the entire business and plays a pivotal role in the continued growth and success of Renoir.
